Penlan Heritage Breeds
Mangalitza pork is renowned for its superior flavour and at their 300 year old farm in North Pembrokeshire Hugh and Katharine of Penlan Heritage breed the purest Mangalitza herd in the UK. The pigs enjoy a natural diet and live outdoors for at least 18 months (compared to 4-5 months for a modern indoor reared pig).
Coakley’s Mumbles
Môr is Welsh for sea and our menu reflects the incredible availability of fish in Gower’s waters. Coakley’s Fishmongers have been supplying the best restaurants and lucky locals for generations.
Harvey and Brockless
When our recipes call for ingredients from farther afield we call on Harvey and Brockless who supply us with the finest produce from artisan food producers across the globe.

Atlantic Edge Oysters
Our oysters are delivered daily from the pristine waters of Pembrokeshire’s Marine Protected Area. Atlantic Edge’s farm sits amongst seagrass beds where the powerful tides ensure oysters can be harvested and supplied directly from the sea.
The Cornwall Project
We also use meat supplied by Cull Yaw - The Cornwall Project. Matt Chatfield supplies us with mutton from retired ewes - a practice which puts sustainability and lowering environmental impact at the heart of farming. It's a great project and you can read more about it here.
